The chances of being nominated for an Oscar are so small that, unless your film is better than 99.9% of the rest, I wouldn't worry about eligibility.

Because the stereotypical image of a hitman is not as young as 21. It will look as though the hitman is only as young as he is because that's the only actor you could get to play the part.

I am currently stumped regarding what to do for music for my debut feature film. I would very much like to use the music of 'audiomachine', and their site states the music is made available for licensing. Does this mean if I email them and request use of their music it will be allowed? However...
