I am looking to make a film with this video filter/effect and I don't know what it's called, how to make it, or where to get it! I need it for a film AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Please could someone tell me what it is called!!
It is a sort of, orange, red and yellow crack and flicker in clips, and it looks like a sunny effect.
