We are working on a video for the Pastor Apperciation at my church. I'm editing in Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD and for some reason I'm getting a horrible resoultion from an HD camera. It's rendering to 320x180 and I try to make it render to at least 1280x720.

I'm preparing to make a reality TV Show, for just about anything in General. How could I be able to shot in certain areas like in town, and not being sued for showing someones face on TV? And how would I be able to record in a store, or any other place? I think Wal-mart doesn't allow it.

You can buy and use just about any camera for travel... There are some good decent ones that you can do manually and some have a mic input jack around $200-$300. I'm not really sure on what name, but you can check out Panasonic cameras, sony, etc. Check out this one...

I would say go with one of them say... I'm not too good with tons of the legal stuff... But I currently started out small. I created a project video on something like American Dreams in Geograhpy class, and the teacher loved it, she wanted a DVD. I was also paid to record at the schools...
