I dont know how long yet. Its the view on a hill ontu a city in the background. No camera movement. The city will be replaced. So the hill outline will have to be masked and the walking actors which rise above the hill line as well. do you know what I mean?

Thanks, I'm glad it is received well by the audience. Yes, I used a lot of feathering as a cheap way to make the whole mask appear "ghostly". I might change that in the final result.

Thanks for the help. There will be two actors, most of it is stationary dialog and a few movement shots. All being done in a studio in front of a green screen.

This will be my first short film so I'm wondering: how much time should I schedule for a shooting in a studio? It will consist of a dialog that stretches out for about two film minutes in the final cut.

Agreed, but I wan't to keep it as natural as possible. I want the audience to think its green screen with expensive cgi when it's actually pretty cheap. ;) Thanks for the measure tape reminder.

Ya, I'll try to do that tomorrow. I think the hardest part will be getting the perspectives and depth of field right in every shot. Along with removing the outlines of the keeying so it looks natural.
