Yeah that one image, just save it as a JPG with a 60% quality setting. It will knock it down to about 70k at most and should still look good. I'd center your logo inside the black area on the top. And put "white lightning productions" over top of it. I don't like how the logo goes behind...

One thing that I saw was that when you clicked on a link, the frame that the content loaded in covered up the rest of the navigation links. And in my opinion there was too much content to read and not enough visuals to entice me. I do like the logo though.
