    Converting to DCP Format.

http://www.dvfilm.com/ lists what they charge for transfer to 35mm and dcp also if you search you can find a number of free dcp creation programs, such as opendcp. Whether or not you want to take this route, it's up to you. Personally I'd go with DCP, as once you have the dcp, you can copy...

    Inside of a Coffin...

Also for more ideas, check out the movie 'Buried'. I can't remember if it's a 100% of the time, but if not it's like 99.99% of the time, just Ryan Reynolds trapped underground in a wooden coffin.

My footage keeps pausing in Premiere Pro.

Not sure if you are editing on a desktop or a laptop. But on my laptop, when trying to play back 1080p files in either cs5.5 or vlc, quictime, etc it struggles on the internal battery, but as soon as I plug my laptop into mains power, it can play back the files without a hitch.

My 2 cents. From past experience. Not going to talk about finding the script, Camera, genre, social media, marketing, making your $ back lol etc, Note - You as the the producer are responsible for the money. You answer only to yourself. If it's the director's money and you answer to him...

Editing 5d Mark ii footage in Premiere Pro

Out of interest, are you plugged into mains power, or are you running off battery? I notice when I'm running off my PC's battery, 1080p footage won't play back smoothly either in VLC, QT, or CS5.5 but when it is plugged into the wall the footage plays fine in all the above.
