Stock footage?

Anyone know where to find public domain/ actually free stock footage? All I can find are sites selling "free" footage. I need to find some for this mocumentary short I'm doing.

Can't really find anything current enough on that site to be useful in this project, but I think I could do some sort of an alternate history project using it, so thanks.
