Movie props

Prop doesn't mean it's not real a lot of that is real. Possibly gutted, but real.

And wow the information contained in each shot is enormous! To think about the creation and housing of each of those props is just a mindblower. That is one huge candy store!
 
I don't know why but I really enjoyed looking at those. Especially the big pile of money. The wall of briefcases was pretty cool as well.

This is what I love about this forum - people from all over give
me a reality check.

I live within walking distance from Omega and being in the
business all my life I don't see a prop house as anything
remotely interesting. But they are damn cool, aren't they?
I tend to forget that.

For ten years I had a roommate who was a prop master
and set decorator so my house was always filled with props
and I hated it. Until, of course, I needed something for
one of my films...

With the obvious exceptions (money, drugs, food, bombs)
everything in those pictures are real.
