g'day from down under

hey there.

my name's chris and i'm currently a student in australia.
if ever you need a very cheap (on occasion even free) d.p. you're welcome to let me know.

at the moment i'm writing and producing a film (in combination with others) based upon some schooling things that have been going on and are working towards buying and renting a bunch of gear for it.

oh, and by the time i can afford it (the end of this year at the latest) i should have my own camera, with any luck a panasonic dvx100a on top of a tripod and assorted mic gear for it so i might be able to help some of you out with projects that are going on if you need.

i think the main thing with indie film making, personally, is that it's great to see people banding together to help one another out. i have skills in some areas (i've trained professionally as a live lighting technician in my holidays) others have others (as you are probably well aware) getting into networks of people and helping one another out with these skills is as important as the films we make using these skills.

take care.

chris
