I'm a freelance Director/Cinematographer currently working between Paris and Dubai and was thinking of immigrating to the US, specifically to NYC, and work as a freelancer there. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the immigrating policies for freelancers willing to work in US, requirements, and if there is such a thing as a freelance Visa ?
