President Obama is visiting LA, and VFX artist will be picketing him, protesting foreign tax breaks/subsidies, which have been sucking work out of California. Such tax breaks/subsides may violate World Trade Agreement Rules, but, while I'm not up on this, just about every jurisdiction is offering tax breaks and subsides, so, if everyone is doing it, how can it be unfair competition?
