This is so outdated that it's hilarious to me
I came across this old film Lady of Burlesque because it stars barbara stanwyck.

Notice how when he shoots the gun, he is whipping it forward like it's a blackjack or something.
and then he screams you'll never get me coppers. oh man it was a highlight of the movie for me
