Selling stock footage?

Is anyone here doing that?

I want to start making some money off selling some of my footage but I don't know if it's worth it.

Anyone has any experience with that?

Probably the best option is to contact stock footage vendors to find out if they want what you have shot. They may want to buy some or all of it outright, or they may offer you a few points (royalties) on each sale. This, at least, eliminates you having to run your own stock footage business - setting up the website, having to set up a payment account, etc., etc., etc.

Most definitely check out stock footage vendors to compare the quality of your work with what they are offering.
