I don't see how you're getting any experience by giving someone copies of software, or how having your name in the credits for that would justify putting it in your portfolio. Also, unless you are handing over your copies of the software entirely (i.e. not keeping a copy for yourself) what you're proposing to do is illegal.

If you want to get experience and build your portfolio you really should be offering to do the work using that software for other people, not just offering copies of the software.
