question on first camera. advice please.

i have reading up on cameras. alot.
i like the canon xa10 hd. nice.
we will be doing a wide range of shooting. from slow-mo, high speed, low light, high light, low to high transition, moving parts in slow mo( aircraft, heli's, cars,.etc), info-mercial settings, tactical settings(gun fire too), animals in motion,etc.

stationary and moving shots.

stuff like that.
so, the questions. is the canon what i want? is there a 2-3 year old version or comparable. i know one camera cant do it all. but i want the most in one package.

we are getting just the camera first, accs as we need them.

thoughts please.

Any camera in your price range by a major manufacturer
will suit your needs. You do not need to stick to Canon.
Canon will be fine. The Panasonic AG-HMC40 is similar in
features and cost. So is the Sony HDR-FX7. Of the three
I would chose the Sony. My camera of choice is JVC but
there isn't one in your price range.

ive been watching vids on youtube of diff cameras and their stuff.
i like the sony for crispness and slo mo shots.
very nice.
i maybe able to muster up 3k or so. maybe. but 2 is doalbe for sure.
