NOt sure what this affect is called but would like to use it in my film.

I am trying to figure out how to do that one special affect where people are watching. let's say a T.V. but you can clearly tell the editor just inserted some random video on top of a shot of a blank screen. I don't know what this affect is called but doe anybody know how to achieve it in Vegas 12?
 
the effect you need to adjust the frame size is called corner pin, you maybe want to finesse it with a mask
