Need VFX work and sound design.

So my effects artist bailed on me. I have a fully edited 10 minute short that needs to be finished. The story doesn't work without the effects and we all know how important sound is. I don't have a huge budget, but there will be some pay upfront for both jobs. I'm looking for people to work with as a team for the forseeable future. I've hired someone to do the comp/roto work and someone to do the audio work. Still need someone to do the 3d stuff involved...
