watch looking all around - short super 8 film

Hey all,

So this is my latest project; my tribute to Toronto in black and white. I finished it just before I left to return to the east coast. The song was recorded in my bedroom a couple of years ago.

The picture is a little compressed but that's Youtube I guess...

I like the song (The Film/Music Video is cool too, I like the dissolves), but I really like simplicity and understated feel of the song. Reminds me of like Velvet Underground or something.

Which S8 camera did you use?

-Thanks-

Oh and thanks, the camera was my roommates...not sure what kind it was, I just grabbed it and started filming! I love the Velvet Underground so that's a great compliment.

That's a real hissy audio track you have there.

Too much unplanned jerky hand movements for my taste. In several of the clips you even disappear completely! Didn't care for the video at all, tbh. Random clips that (best I could tell) had little relevance, consistency or theme.

Song itself was pretty chill, though.

that's pretty cool. reminds me of like a beatles music video. You could probably make some really fun experimental film type stuff with that camera. keep at it, my friend

Strange request, but i'll shoot.

Would you perhaps allow me to possibly use some of your footage, for an upcoming short of ours? Nothing longer than a couple seconds. It's atleast six, maybe 12 months away, so the details are hazy at best. This is off the cuff, but i thought I'd ask.
