How to open .mxf(canon xf305) files in Premiere CS5?

I'm having big problems importing .mxf files into adobe premiere. I've copied the entire folder from the CF card to my HD, I didn't modify the folders in any way. The files come in their own individual folders so I have to import the files one by one, but when I do only the audio imports! "import from media browser" option is greyed out so I can't even click on it...

Can anyone help me?

Import the root folder, not all the seperate files from different folders.
In the root folder it has some data-file telling Premiere how to (un)wrap and read all the clips.
You can even import the folder that contains the rootfolder.
Which can be very convinient, because you can give that folder a name (like Day1 or Nightshots or Cam_01 or Whatever) and that name will show in PPro.
