first little filming tryout

Two things first.

Build a DIY steel pseudo-FigRig: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gd83zNHGnh8
It'll add weight to your camera and cut down on a lot of your muscular jerkiness.

Second, try to keep the shutter speed (you'll be best off locking it down as a manual setting) double or equal to your FPS.
And this looks 60FPS-ish.
Unless you're going to slo-mo it post keep it @ 30/25/24FPS, meaning a shutter speed of 60-30/50-25/50-25-ish.
God willing, the light will be in your favor. Too much light and those settings will generate a washed out + blown highlights image.
A variable ND filter will overcome that. http://www.indietalk.com/showthread.php?p=313128post313128

Those last few shots looked like the rez dropped down from 720p.
??
Also on those shots, when you have the aperture popped wide open your depth of field narrows a good bit which allows your subject to spend too much time out of focus while the both of your are moving.

GL w/ next shot.
The camera makes nice images.
Subject wasn't too hard on the eyes, either. ;)
