I saw this movie this past week. It was made in Bulgaria. If it didn't have TV star Dean Cain, it would have been a good independent science fiction feature film. A good percentage of the backgrounds were painted matt illustrations. The CG is good. And, the script is of the caliber of an Indie film. With all this, it still is entertaining enough to watch.
