Color Correctionist needed for Movie Preview Trailer

The source imagery is compelling enough that I might be willing to give it a shot (I need the practice!). I first need to know:

  1. When does it need to be done?
  2. How long is it?
  3. What is the overall stylistic look you want?
  4. What format is the footage in?

Also note that I can't actually guarantee good results, only that I can try my best. You can see examples of my color-graded photography here.

I work on a 27" hardware-calibrated (via Spyder) iMac screen set to a gamma of 2.2, so the only issue I don't know for sure I can solve is making sure that the contrast/brightness of the shadows is correct. Stupid flat-panels can't do true-black. I have my brightness turned down to combat that, but it still isn't perfect.

Also, I will be out of town (eg. away from my fancy software/hardware) for most of December and the beginning of January, so if it's a rush-job I'll have to pass.
