Camera Quality

I want to purchase a camera that will produce the quality of images that are in the video below. I don't know much about film but I want to call it "cinema quality" like it came out of the theaters... I know they used a Sony to shoot the first video, but what type and what lenses I don't know!? Also, is it the camera or video FX that produce that quality?

Robzilla, it is not out yet.

Expensive beyond my means.

But here is a camera that can create the images you desire at a fraction of the Red and CineAlta price tags. There are times when I wish I had more money in my pocket than I have for I would love to have this camera in hand (with the 3 lens) to do my next low budget feature.

What specifically are you looking for? There are so many things to dissect from that video you posted, that it's hard to recommend a camera other than the one that the video was shot on (which probably costs half as much as your house). If you just want a camera that can get you a "cinematic" look, there are quite a few that can do the job under a 1000. A DLSR with video capabilities is a great choice for professional looking video on a very tight budget. DSLRs have a lot of limitations when it comes to sound (even the ones that do have mic inputs tend to lack manual gain control). However, as far as strictly image goes, you can reproduce something like the video you posted with a <1000 dollar DSLR with good color correction in post production.
