Hello Indietalk,

I have a quick question: I was hired to produce a short film a month ago. Turns out a ton of people loved it, especially in China, Italy, and France. A month later, here I am. I have funding, talent, crew, etc., ready to go. My question is: How would you go about negotiating band-end profit points with financiers??

Offer them points based on the percentage of the total
budget they financed.

But you already have the financing - did I read that correctly?
What was the agreement when they invested?
