Anyone have a Festival Grid or Spreadsheet to share?

I've been searching through older posts wondering if anyone has a Festival Grid they've made or spreadsheet.

Just finished post on my short film, and beyond Without a Box I wanted to track what I'm submitting to and what I am deciding between so I have some kind of an overview.

I made a Google docs speadsheet to keep track of just what you're after. I merely have columns for"

Submission Deadline / Festival Name / Location / Notify Date / Festival Date / Fee / Submitted / Accepted / Home Page / Submittal Site / Attended

The "Submitted" column is blank until I actually submit to the fest. Then I change it to Yes.

The Submittal Site is how I submitted. I paste in the URL for either WAB or (my favorite) FilmFreeway. Sometimes you have to submit directly to the site, though.

And the last column is whether I attended or not.

Anyone else have any other column ideas in mind?

Maybe date attended. Misc. column re contacts, people in attendance, whether would go again and anything favorable or unfavorable.

No need for "date attended." If you attended, it would be from the "festival date" column.
