Adjust color software

Hello,

sure has been a long time since I posted something, but now the actual thing.

I am kinda in to underwater filming, just for fun on hollidays. But I don't have a fancy red filter for my GoPro H3. What software can I use (free would be nice) to adjust the colors?

I currently have Cyberlink Powerdirector but I couldn't find it there.

What are you using to edit your footage?

Resolve lite is a free and very powerful color correction took, but it comes with a fairly steep learning curve if you don't have a lot of grading experience. Not sure what other free solutions we out there.
