Purchase the blurays for the Hobbit and LoTR. They are packed with behind the scene's footage. Perhaps you could pick up some tips there.

Why?

The title is pretty abstract. It would make sense if you knew the whole story, but being a 1 min short, there isn't time for that. It was uninformative by design.

I'm pretty sure the $70 is just for collaboration. If you want a standalone it's only 15.

I would use Celtx. It's indie software and I like supporting small time developers. It comes with screenwriting as well as storyboarding tools. It works on Mac and PC, and the pro version is 15 bucks.
