I just put together my Glidecam HD2000 today and I'm using it with my rebel t3i and a kit lens. I'm having trouble balancing it correctly. I've been doing trial and error for a few hours, with not much improvement. Any advice? what have you done to improve balance? thanks

thanks guys i fixed it, and yeah I must have accidentally had the zoom recording mono, because usually it records just fine and when I play it back on my comp I have no problems. I'll have to mess with the settings on it later.
