Sony Imageworks, a visual special-effects group, is moving from LA to Vancouver, because the province of British Columbia, Canada, is providing generous tax incentives. Those incentives, according to the Deadline Hollywood article, are not as generous as those provided by the French province of Quebec, but they're still better than California's.
