I'm looking for some resources to start out with. I have an idea I want to get down, but I have no clue about pacing, character development, all that fun stuff that can sort of direct my thoughts. And I have no idea what to search for exactly to get into those things. What are some good resources to read up on to help organize my idea into something more organized?

Ooooo, I like those cartoons. I do wish the embedded videos still worked! I do like the graphs though.
