Does anybody know of any good/ interesting no-low budget action movies(feature)? Year 2000 and up, with budgets of 100k to lower?

I dunno the exact budget, but Kerberos by Kely McClung is really good. (He used to post on IT, a few years back). His other Blood Ties was 20k.

I doubt that, unless there was $60k of blow involved somehow. Scorpio's production value's always been pretty high, but the budgets are far more modest.
