Interesting FILM VS. DIGITAL debate by Cinifiles.

In Public Enemies (2009), they talk about how you can tell the movie is obvious shot on digital because the sets, background and props look fake, as it was put. Two minutes into the video, thanks:

However how is that digital's fault? Wouldn't that be the art director and set designer's faults? What does a bad looking set and props have to do with digital vs. film? I thought the production design of Public Enemies was decent, if not pretty good, and do no understand what they are talking about, and what it has to do with digital vs. film.

Thanks.
