Okay, Quality's ridiculous comments aside (look up the definition of "special" buddy)

Working on blocking is important if they move during the scene. For me, blocking has always been a bitch (but mainly because I improvise a lot, so good stuff can get scattered in places where it doesn't fit)

If you're really pressed for time, try highlighting the lines that require a more precise delivery and work on those first.

You could try shooting the rehearsal to get a feel for what angles would work best, or when to move the camera, etc.
