Best online script pitch sites?

Got a script I want to sell. What are the best online script pitch sites to consider?

Inktip have a lot of traffic and success stories. Will cost you to post but you can subscribe to a free newsletter of some of their producers looking for stuff...

Yeah, InkTip seems like the best choice. $60 per script listing for 4 months. I'll give it a shot when I'm ready to post my script.
I wonder what were the budgets on these success story films? https://www.inktip.com/main_films_produced.php

I found this other site Specscout.com that wants $297. No thanks!

Competitions

Another angle might be to get it placed in a notable competition (which also costs). Just make sure it's unique and damn well written. By becoming well-placed in a competition (finalist or semifinalist), you may come to the attention of an agent or producer...

Competitions such as: Nicholl, Zoetrope, PAGE, BigBreak also Austin Film Festival and Nantucket Film Festival.

The inktip produced movies normally have a 1-2 million budget. Sometimes only 300.000, but also more. One had a 9 million budget.

There's also Blacklist but it's a bit more expensive than Inktip... Network ISA carries ads from people looking for scripts as does Stage 32.

In terms of where you can actually pitch... Stage 32 Happy Writers is worth checking out and Virtual Pitchfest too (they've just had a success with someone selling to Amblin).

Competitions as already mentioned but make sure your script fits their genre/requirements...

Oh and there's a new free site called Script Revolution where you can list your script for film makers to check out - http://www.scriptrevolution.com/ it's brand new but hopefully will be a success.
