Web design question...
When designing my webpages for my site, how can I set a link up to open in a new window?

use the following code:

That shoulbe correct but my HTML is slightly rusty at the moment.

Okay....I can't get it to work.
As a test, can one (or both) of you please enter the code as I would use it. Then it will be easier for me to understand...
The link will be at this URL: http://www.loganlproductions.com/press.html
...And I want to link to this URL (which should open in a new window): http://www.cinemaeye.com/more/620_0_10_0_C/
Enter the code for that, then I may understand better...thanks!!

I'm an idiot. I've had this web design program for like 6 months...it had an "open page in new window" option the whole time!!! I'm retarded. Thank y'all for helping me anyway!!
