Private Placement Memorandum

Is a Private Placement Memorandum the same thing as a Prospectos? If not, can someone explain the diffence?

Thanks!

No, the PPM and the Prospectus are different

The PPM is the legal document that governs the terms and conditions of the investment made by outside investors. The prospectus is the marketing material that you may use to solicit interest in the investment.

Hope this helps! If you have more questions on film financing, take a look at our site at http://www.filmbiz101.com. We just started a new forum for film financing questions.

Regards,
Steve
