Do you see distribution in your future or have you been distro'd?
Not sure, I can't have a clear ideia of what I did, the images and the words no longer make sense in my head. What do you think? What is "distro'd"?
What's the back-up plan?
Put my head inside the aquarium and try to breath slowly.

$50,000 budget, hardest thing I've ever done. I still do have to believe I'll make my money back. The movie turned out cool as shit, with a wide audience base. Also, going with the new-day remake movie theme.
Started Christmas 2011, gonna have a 500 person private screening in Philadelphia August 12th.
I've heard to be a successful film maker I have to talk about my next project, "The Judge" A vampire who can save the world. But are we worthy?

Do you see distribution in your future or have you been distro'd?
Considered doing a little self-distribution but major distribution was never part of the plan.
Gearing up to do some screenings, so we'll see how folks like it.
What's the back-up plan?
This was a really low-budget film, so I didn't develop any sort of backup plan as there isn't much risk associated with it.

Some great looking films on here. The two that caught my eye most, just reviewing the thread, are Footsteps and Hickory Never Bleeds. I'm interested to see how those two end up.
I should have something for this thread once we get a trailer cut

"'Deceit' is not another 'Blair Witch Project', for the events that unfolded were real, the fear that they experienced was also real."
"In the month of June, 2012 five college students traveled to the town of Clarksburg, MA to debunk an urban legend on a piece of property that is supposedly overwhelmed by 'demonic possessions'. The events that happened that night have not been talked about or released, until now."

Is it complete or being completed?
We are currently in production
How long were you in production (from pre-to-post)?
We will be in production until the middle of September.
Do you see distribution in your future or have you been distro'd?
We definitely see that this project has an immense amount of ability to be distributed. We already have interest from a studio.
What's the back-up plan?
We have two other projects on the horizon. One horror film and an action film, but because of our confidence in this project, they are not really back up plans, but additions.
