Hey, I can't get a response when I e-mail the support team so I just registered this account so I can post the problem here.
Worth a try.
I've forgotten my password for my original account, when I click the 'forgotten password' link, I have an email sent to me. Then when I click the link in that email, my new password is supposed to be sent to me.... it isn't, I've tried this several times and the new password is never sent to me.
I really want my old account back, can anyone help me with this?
