Hi, i want to build something so i can attach my camera to my head and make a POV/first person film. no reason, but i think it would look cool. has anyone here done this, and could you tell me how to do it? I'd really appreciate it. thanks
Small camera strapped to the middle of your head, quality will suffer.
Other option is to do it the Peep Show way, check out some behind the scenes footage of the UK comedy 'Peep Show'. It's worth checking out as the comedy itself is the best of the best.
However, we've recently worked with POV on a commercial and a shoulder-mount sufficed. Check out Nathans suggestion, very worthwhile, be it almost the entire series is filmed in POV.

Contour has a bunch of different helmet mounts.
I have zipped tied PVC to a helmet to extend where the camera sits. You will get a little distortion with close ups, but it looks POV.Don't plan on using any sound from the camera.
