Im new here, but I created an account because Im in an ambient/ post-rock band called 'New Wings for Words' and we have been looking for independant, or otherwise, filmmakers who need their film scored. To get an idea of what we're like, you can visit www.myspace.com/newwingsforwords. We have wanted to persue a project like this for a while now as we feel, and have been told, that our music is fit for film. The recordings on our myspace are rough and recorded live, but you'll get an idea of what we do either way. All the music is instrumental, and if you'd like us to write music for your film, all we need is the footage and we can do the rest. If you want an ethereal or deeply emotionally manipulative aspect added to your film, we are the musicians fo you!
