Let Them Eat - zombie kitten webseries

Hi i'm new here and just wanted to share a webseries project that my gf and I have been working on. It's an adult oriented animation about some zombie kittens that can shoot laserbeams out of their eyes. We've got two episodes completed so far and we hope to definitely keep going on from there.

Here's the first episode - http://bit.ly/107OIt

and the 2nd episode - http://bit.ly/7YaJhu

Any feedback you might have is greatly appreciated

Thanks!

I thought it was fun. You have some pretty good skills with Flash, and I like your simple, yet stylized illustrations.

Keep it up.

Well, you kinda had me at zombie kittens with laser beam eyes, so ...

Nice flash work. There were a couple moments where the music (mostly the shots of a kitten with the guitar over it) had me thinking Bunnykill, but I am not sure why.

Spoiler: The cross eyed cat is brilliant writing. One of those things that may not work for everyone, but I thought the effect that had on his lasers was hilarious.

I am going back and forth on one thing though. I almost feel like the pacing is a little on the slower side. I think its effective at certain points, but at others it seems that there should be more happening and happening faster. Still simple, as in the main style - but somehow with less of a static feel.

Either way, good stuff - interested to see how the story/style develops as you go along.

Thanks for the feedback guys!

David thanks for the advice on the pacing I think you are totally spot on. Sometimes it does work and other times it just seems a little slow.

You definitely have a good sense of fun and visual punch going for you.

Loved the hell out of this, the first episode in particular.
