Hi from Tasmania

I'm a full time writer, designer and desktop-publisher for the trade union movement. I'm also a musician, have a degree in journalism and sociology and my published freelance work includes tales of sea monsters, bioluminescence and Croatian surf music http://www.thebambimolesters.com/misc/interview.pdf

I'm currently working on a horror film which I'm writing/filming/directing/editing and writing and performing the soundtrack to... and making the props... so my kitchen is full of edible blood, silicon body parts, latex, a fake 1860s autopsy set and a helmet of death... and I'm going without sleep a lot http://home.iprimus.com.au/craigg1/

MY FILM EQUIPMENT: Sony DSR PD100 ~ Quickset tripod ~ Canon EOS 350D Digital SLR still camera
LIGHTING: Halogen lamps
AUDIO Gear: Studio full of audio gear, 1934 Martin acoustic, 1950s dobro, Stratocasters and Marshall amps.

More info on the "helmet of death" required.

Sounds like you're keepin' yourself busy.

Ha ha... the Helmet of Death! Well, I'm going to be a little coy so I'll just throw some word association out there and you'll have to try to join the dots:

tasmania - 1800s - absinthe - madness - convicts - inbreeding - phrenology - spikes

oh, and a hideous link to the present...

If that's whetted anyone's appetite you'll have to wait for me to finish the film.
And if that didn't whet your appetite you'll hate the film.
