Texas Film Incentives and Airborne Artists

In Jettisode #6, Austin, Texas Actor / Director Jett Garner answers ShortFilmTexas community email from Chris L., of the 101st Airborne, about using his war time experiences as inspiration for future filmmaking projects.

And with the recent passing of HB 873, Jett talked with Vice President of Villa Muse, Paul Alvarado-Dykstra, who was kind enough to share his insight with into how the Texas film incentives will and should effect studio projects coming back to Texas. This is important because its the first time Id actually heard about the specific language used in HB 873 regarding the hiring of local cast and crew all across Texas.
