8mm filmmaking magazine in PDF?

A few years ago, there was a site that had scans of an old 8mm filmmaking magazine in PDF format. Each issue was packed with effects and production elements, camera information, reviews, etc. Two of the things I remember, for example, are that it taught how to make a web spinner using a margarine tub, a cordless drill and a fan blade, and it had title cards in one issue in the style of silent movies.

I had most of the magazines, but the hard drive they were on crashed. Does anyone know the site I'm referring to, or even better, have the PDF files?
