Concept Art

Here is some concept art I whipped up for interiors for an upcoming film called "War of Choice."

It is pretty big but you can zoom in and see all the detail.

Enjoy. Opinions welcome.

Incredible and top notch work. Is this a well budgeted piece?

I hope the movie is as layered and textured as your work is. You've got the clean lines of "Star Wars A New Hope" meshed with the static chaos of "Alien"

Thanks guys, that is my first attempt at concept work for someone else on the Production Design side of things. I usually only do stuff for myself, but am definitely expanding my base of work.

I remember watching Ridley Scott's 1979 masterwork "Aliens" and I was struck by the density and depth of the Production Design. Ever since, I've been enthusiastic about layering a set a much as possible without imposing density restrictions on the camera team.

Sincerely,

David Jetre

Nice work! The site map is very compelling, many many possibilities come to mind from that. We are looking at an underground facility, right?

This is pretty amazing stuff. I think concept design is a must for any film, even on a low budget level. It helps everyone visualize what they are trying to achieve. I spent 5 months on concept design for my film but it was nothing as flashy as this! Good work!!

Also, great concept work will help you get finance because most people would rather be visually wowed then read a script.
