I've been trying out Groove as a production management tool for the last three months and it's allowed me to pull together projects when I've had key personnel spread all over the country and in one instance all over the world.
I was wondering whether anyone else in the forum was using it?

Oh, I don't work for these guys, nor do I gain anyhting by recommending it. It's just a good system, that I've found really useful in project management.
One of things that occurred to me was that it was a perfect tool for co-writing projects, because it offers military grade security and real time document sharing.
