INDIE Matte Brings the aIR-Matte to any Filmmaker or Photographer
A New Concept in Matte Box Design
Indie-style camera matte boxes for video and film cameras

INDIE Matte, supplier of affordable professional-quality cinema accessories, today announced the new aIR-Matte line of matte boxes for video, film, and DSLR cameras. The AIR-Matte line is an entirely new concept in matte box design that fuses durability with modern lightweight materials.

The aIR-Matte product line features flat fold storage, ultra lightweight construction, screw on (lens) mount systems (no rails), and comes in three different sizes. “ The aIR-Matte was developed in response to the growing need of filmmakers to find low cost high quality equipment. The response has been overwhelmingly positive as we can save hundreds of dollars for filmmakers and enthusiast alike.” said CEO Keith Lambert.

Pricing and Availability
aIR-Matte A1 matte boxes are currently available directly from INDIE Matte’s online store and are priced from $19.95 to $29.95
(a fraction of current matte box products). Due to high interest in the product line, AIR-Matte is taking pre-orders to meet demand upon initial release. More details and ordering information can be found at www.indiematte.com

They're not really matte boxes, just oversized lens hoods - there's no way to use square filters with them.
