In another life, I am also the Managing Editor of an international online literary journal called Soundzine.
Soundzine is a literary e-zine that melds the written word with the spoken and then complements each published piece with an image. Soundzine publishes poetry, short stories, flash fiction, longer fiction, plays, music, short films, video-s-you name it! We believe in taking chances with new authors as well as established and mixing media.
We'll be publishing our latest issue February 1st, but I thought I'd give you a sneak preview. Here's a couple poems recorded by Ann Drysdale, a brilliant British poet with a deadly sense of humor, that will be appearing in our upcoming issue:
