I just purchased the STEAD-DSLR.
I'm tired of waiting about what other people thing. I guessed I'd just buy it to give everyone an actual voice about the truth of this tool.


From what I looked up, it seems amazing. I'll let you all know this weekend when it ships.

Just got it in the mail. It's built nicely. Easy to understand.
The shoulder rig for it is really cool.
Right now, though, I'm still working out the kinks with the steadicam mode. It's my first time using the merlin style, so i'm getting used to the counter balancing, but I've gotten SOME footage that turned out nicely.
Definitely worth 350.
