super shorts for festivals?

Have anybody tried to send rrally short films to festivals? Like 2 or 3 mins short.

Any luck? If yes, are there any suggestions which should I send to?

Just in the last 3 months I've had my short "Asshole Wind," which clocks in at a minute and 25 seconds, play at the South Loop Film Festival in Chicago and the Mitten Movie Project in Detroit.
